- Supporting client choice, dealing with refusals and errors
- Monitoring side effects, allergic reactions, and adverse events
- Storage and Disposal
- Safe and legal medicine storage requirements
- Controlled drug storage and record-keeping
- Disposal of expired, refused or discontinued medicines
- Supporting client self-storage and risk assessment
